Patricia L. Dietz, 77, of Elverson and formerly of Lititz, passed away on January 15, 2026. Born in Lancaster to the late Clarence A. and Evelyn (Mast) Snyder, she was the loving wife of Victor Woods. Her first husband, Melvin S. Dietz, preceded her in death in 2012.

Patty graduated from Twin Valley High school in 1967. She graduated from Ellen Cushing College in 1974. She went on to be a preschool teacher for many years. She enjoyed bowling in the local bowling league and was active in church activities singing in the choir and teaching Sunday school. The last 10 years of her life were spent at Zerbe Retirement Community in the Skilled Nursing Facility, where she expanded her family to include her daily caregivers. At the facility she was active with crafts, music and bingo. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and caregivers. 

Memorial service will be held at Zerbe Skilled nursing facility on: Saturday February 21, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Interment service will be private at the convenience of the family.
