Joseph B. Link, 72, passed away on January 18, 2026, at the Lebanon VA Hospital. Born in Hastings, Pennsylvania to Robert F. and Matilda (Holz) Link, he was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force He served as a fire police officer for the Hempfield Fire Company and was a longtime member of the Pennsylvania Fire Police.

Joe enjoyed crafting, fishing, tinkering with small engines, and model trains.

He is survived by his son, Derek (Mary Ann), and daughter, Stephanie (John); granddaughters Cierra McGary, Tori Link, and Irelynn McGary; brother Richard Link of Virginia; sister-in-law Marion Link; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

At Joe's request, there will be no viewing. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
